Jason Vidovich

Jason is an Associate of International Sports Care. He is an Organisational Development (OD) consultant with over 15 years of experience working within the disciplines of OD, Human Resources and Learning and Development, working and living throughout Australia and across the world.

This work experience accounts for Jason’s broad exposure to change and a variety of cultures, which ensure he is well equipped to consult on such matters in relation to personal and business development and performance.

Jason has held management and senior management operational positions in various industries. He understands the pressures that come with being accountable for multi-million dollar businesses; managing small, large and virtual teams; and leading and managing business and people through restructures and acquisitions.

Further, Jason cherishes his life experiences including his close involvement in sport; further tertiary education and accreditations in Human Resource Management, Training and Assessment, Mediation and behavioural and competency profiling instruments; and his role as partner and father are equally as significant in this depth of experience.

Jason’s background compliments his chosen career path as a specialist facilitator, coach and consultant. He consistently demonstrates the ability to transfer his skill set across organisations, industries and sectors (private, public, not-for-profit); communicating and working effectively with senior executives, middle management, through to front line employees.

Since 2008, Jason has worked within the energy sector to help build safety culture, safety leaders and engage workforces. It is important to Jason that the work he does aligns with an organisation’s mission, vision, strategies and values. This helps build much needed knowledge and understanding for employees to perform in their roles, with others and ultimately influencing business performance.
