Tim is an international expert in organisational psychology, human resources, leadership development and professional coaching developed during his 25 years of research and consulting. He has extensive experience in sports psychology, career and vocational guidance, psychological assessment, and facilitation and training of people in a wide range of organisations. He has worked for corporate and government organisations, owned a small HR business and managed a South Australian division of a multi-national corporate organisation. He has assessed and advised on career and vocational development, and provided coaching and guidance for professional development and personal wellbeing to athletes, players, coaches and executives in the corporate sector.
Tim is highly experienced in developing the “soft skills” in people and he has significant expertise in enhancing personal effectiveness through psychological assessment, formal feedback processes, vocational guidance and the implementation of behavioural coaching. He believes that one of the keys to being a successful team member or leader is though “self-awareness” and “self-management”. With awareness of “self” a team member or leader is in a better position to communicate, lead, influence and manage both themselves and others. He is an accredited facilitator of Genesys, RocheMartin ECR and ESi, MBTI, Persolog, Team Management Systems, Saville Wave and Benchmarks 360 Degree Leadership Assessment tool.
Tim has previously managed one of South Australia’s leading consulting firms consisting of organisational psychological services, career management and training divisions. The consulting divisions formed part of a larger human resource and recruitment agency providing recruitment and organisational development solutions to a wide range of business and government departments across Australia. He has an ongoing involvement in community and not for profit organisations and is the South Australian representative Board Member to the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia.
