For Elite Sports Coaches
Most coaches who reach the elite level in their sport are experts in the technical aspects of the game – the “what” of coaching and their experience and coaching accreditations provide them the tools to manage team strategy, game analysis, individual skill development and training drills.
We teach coaches the critical “soft skills” of coaching by providing insight and awareness of their own psychological makeup and emotional intelligence, along with that of their players and their fellow coaching and support staff - we are experts on the “how” of coaching.
